Build and maintain Quest WebXR and desktop teleoperation interfaces handling real-time video and high-rate telemetry. Work in React/TypeScript stack to ensure 60fps rendering, manage state and performance, and collaborate with design, robotics, and software teams to ship products quickly in an on-site San Francisco environment.

Design and build test stands, fixtures, and supporting hardware for robot evaluation. Rapidly prototype using CAD, 3D printing, machining, and T-slot extrusion. Collaborate with technicians and engineers to create reliable, repeatable test infrastructure and iterate based on test feedback. On-site in San Francisco, full-time.

Build and own highly-available data pipelines that move robot video, telemetry, and demonstration data from edge to training sets. Architect ingestion, streaming (MoQ/WebTransport), storage, indexing, and retrieval; improve throughput, reliability, and cost; and build tooling for data discovery and trust while working closely with ML and robotics teams.

Manage day-to-day office logistics and facilities in an on-site San Francisco office. Coordinate supplies, vendors, travel booking, visitor and meeting readiness, and maintain workplace organization to support engineering and hardware teams.

Work on training, evaluating, and deploying ML models and inference systems for low-payload robotic arms. Run experiments, analyze results, and support testing and deployment on real robotic hardware while collaborating with researchers, engineers, and hardware teams.

Design, implement, and own backend and real-time systems for deployed robots, including Rust services, low-latency streaming, FlatBuffers schemas, ROS2 integrations, fleet tooling, observability, and debugging on hardware in San Francisco.

Drive early enterprise sales for Droyd in the data center ecosystem: open opportunities via network and outbound, manage deals from intro to close, work with leadership on strategic accounts, represent the company externally, and help build the sales playbook while feeding customer learnings into product and GTM strategy. Work across backend and systems software to integrate AI models with robotic hardware. Build data pipelines, embedded and systems software, low-latency streaming/video processing, observability tooling, and fleet infrastructure. Support integrations with external robotic systems and hardware interfaces.

Lead company-wide safety, certification, and standards efforts for autonomous robotic systems. Track requirements, identify gaps, coordinate documentation, testing, and cross-functional processes to achieve ISO and customer compliance. Serve as internal compliance point for engineering, customers, and partners.

Own and improve release, deployment, and OTA pipelines for Jetson-based robots and edge systems. Build cross-compilation workflows, fleet management, and reliability tooling (certs, auth, QUIC). Collaborate with robotics and software teams to standardize processes and ensure reproducible, safe rollouts across on-site fleet.

Own company-wide product and visual design, create teleoperation and operator workflow interfaces, iterate with engineers based on user feedback, and support presentations and brand visuals. On-site in San Francisco, full-time.

Design, prototype, and iterate mechanical subsystems from concept to working hardware. Use CAD, perform hand calculations and FEA as needed, select materials and tolerances, build prototypes with 3D printing and CNC, and integrate mechanical designs with electronics, motors, sensors, and control systems in an on-site San Francisco environment.

Design and integrate system-level electrical solutions for motors, power delivery/conversion, and mobile platforms. Prototype, test, debug, and improve reliability of 24–48V battery-adjacent systems. Collaborate with mechanical and robotics teams on electrical architecture and platform integration. On-site in San Francisco.

Hands-on mechanical engineering intern to design, prototype, and iterate on robotic subsystems. Create and modify CAD models, perform basic load calculations and testing, build prototypes with 3D printers and shop tools, integrate mechanical designs with motors and sensors, document results, and collaborate with electrical and software engineers.
