Role Overview

Rearc is looking for a Head of Marketing to own our brand, positioning, and market presence as we scale across AI, data, cloud, and cybersecurity. You'll be the voice that translates our technical depth into narratives that resonate at the executive level, shaping everything from website architecture to thought leadership to the go-to-market strategy behind our newest service lines. If you're energised by turning complex technology into compelling stories and thrive building a marketing function in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment, this is the role for you.


What You Bring

  • Proven track record in B2B marketing leadership within the AI, cloud, analytics, or cybersecurity domains
  • Prior experience navigating the nuances of professional services or technical consulting sectors is highly desirable
  • Deep fluency in enterprise-grade technologies and the ability to synthesize complex technical architectures
  • Substantial expertise engaging with or driving growth within the United States market
  • Capacity to distil intricate technical value propositions into compelling, high-impact positioning and narratives
  • Direct, hands-on proficiency managing the following areas:
    • Architecting website structure and content strategy
    • Developing thought leadership, white papers, and detailed customer success stories
    • Defining comprehensive branding and messaging ecosystems
  • Exceptional communication skills, demonstrating both verbal precision and written elegance
  • A highly organized and systematic approach to marketing execution and brand storytelling
  • Thrives in the high-velocity, ambiguous environment of a scaling startup


What You’ll Do

  • Articulate and refine the strategic messaging and positioning for our core AI, data, and cybersecurity portfolios
  • Spearhead the evolution of website architecture and content to accurately mirror our expanding technical capabilities
  • Champion the production of high‑impact thought leadership, including white papers, technical articles, and customer success stories
  • Establish and steward comprehensive branding guidelines to ensure a cohesive identity across all market-facing channels
  • Orchestrate and accelerate go-to-market (GTM) strategies for emerging service lines and technical offerings
  • Collaborate with engineering and executive leadership to distil complex technical solutions into tangible business value
  • Cultivate a credible and consistent market presence through proactive engagement across all digital ecosystems
  • Discover and implement innovative ways to package, communicate, and deliver our services to strategic partners
