Responsibilities

  • Build product strategy for integrations with HRIS (Workday), financial systems (NetSuite, Snowflake), and SaaS tools
  • Define the developer platform and API strategy for external contributors
  • Own marketplace GTM: how do we attract developers and vendors?
  • Work with enterprise customers to prioritize integration roadmap
  • Ship integrations that let agents access real enterprise data securely

Key Qualifications

  • Senior Product Manager or Director of Product
  • Experience building marketplaces, developer platforms, or integration products
  • Understands enterprise data sources and API ecosystems
  • Comfortable with B2B2C dynamics (enterprises + their vendors)

Preferred Experience

  • Led platform or marketplace at Miro, Zapier, ServiceNow, or similar
  • Built developer portals and partnership ecosystems
  • Worked on data integration products serving enterprises
  • Experience with vendor management and marketplace operations

Personal Characteristics
