We are a post-Series A B2B SaaS company, backed by Foundation Capital, American Express Ventures, and other top-tier investors. As we enter a high-growth phase, we’re seeking a Head of Product to lead our product organization through this next stage of scale.
This is a high-impact leadership role focused on shaping Sedric’s product vision and strategy, cultivating a strong product culture, and managing a team of Product Owners to deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for scaling and empowering a high-performing product organization - ensuring strategic alignment, operational excellence, and a relentless focus on customer and company success.
You will play a key role in achieving Sedric’s ambitious goals, including:
- 3x YoY ARR growth
- Strong Net Dollar Retention (NDR)
- High NPS and customer satisfaction
- 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years leading and managing product teams in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proven success in scaling product organizations within growth-stage startups (Series A-C), ideally in fast-paced, high-growth contexts.
- Experience working on AI-powered or Generative AI products, and deep familiarity with the opportunities of emerging AI technologies in real-world applications.
- Highly customer-focused, with a strong ability to translate complex user needs into scalable product solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute product strategy that drives measurable business outcomes (ARR growth, NDR, NPS).
- Background in compliance, fintech, or regulated industries is an advantage.
