Lead Nango’s transition from inbound growth to a repeatable enterprise sales engine. Own enterprise strategy and results, build pipeline, close strategic accounts, refine positioning and pricing, establish forecasting and operating cadence, and translate customer insight into company strategy. Initially operate as a hands-on player, then hire and lead the sales organization as the motion scales.

Nango (YC W23) lets developers build product integrations with AI. It gives agents and applications secure, reliable access to the APIs their users rely on.

Nango helps software companies ship integrations faster, win enterprise deals, reduce maintenance, and keep their engineers focused on their core product.

More than 500 paying customers rely on Nango today. We have reached mid-seven-figure ARR with a team of 14, almost entirely through inbound demand. Replit, ServiceNow, Monday, and Ramp all came to us inbound, and many of our largest customers started by signing up through self-serve.

As software companies deploy agents and rethink their integration infrastructure, we believe the enterprise opportunity remains largely untapped. We are entering our next phase of growth: turning proven market pull into a repeatable enterprise sales engine.

We are hiring a Head of Sales to lead that transition. You will work directly with the founders, own our enterprise strategy and results, personally win strategic accounts, and build the team around what works.

This is a zero-to-one, player-builder role. You will carry the number and close deals yourself before you hire and lead a larger organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Own Nango’s enterprise sales strategy and results.

  • Personally build pipeline and close strategic accounts.

  • Lead deals through evaluation, security, procurement, and negotiation.

  • Refine our ICP, positioning, pricing, and sales motion.

  • Establish forecasting, account strategy, and operating cadence.

  • Turn customer insight into product and company strategy.

  • Hire and lead the sales team as the motion becomes repeatable.

Who You Are
  • You have built enterprise pipeline or a GTM motion from the ground up.

  • You can operate as a hands-on seller today and a company leader over time.

  • You combine commercial judgment with strong technical curiosity.

  • You build trusted relationships across technical and executive teams.

  • You bring structure, urgency, and accountability without needing a playbook.

  • You want responsibility for building a company, not just managing a territory.

  • Bonus: you have founded a company or been an early GTM leader.

  • Bonus: you were a strong enterprise seller and want broader ownership.

  • Bonus: you have sold developer tools, infrastructure, or AI products.
