About Us
At Sully.ai, We’re Building the Most Impactful Healthcare Company on Earth

We believe that access to a great doctor is a basic human right. Today, that’s not a reality. Delays, misdiagnoses, administrative chaos, and burnout plague the system.

Our Mission
One Human, One Doctor.
We enable our customers to staff 30% of their workforce with AI by creating a shared agent architecture for scale and efficiency. All powered by our own patented, world-class models and deployed in real-world care.

About the Role
  • We’re hiring a Head of Sales to own Sully.ai’s go-to-market strategy and execution. You will define how thousands of providers deploy and trust medical agents that actually deliver, driving meaningful business impact and making Sully the gold standard for AI in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead Sully’s go-to-market engine from scratch, driving predictable, repeatable revenue growth.

  • Own the full sales cycle, from cold outbound to closed-won deals, and lead complex enterprise negotiations with high stakes and long sales cycles.

  • Increase demo conversion through tighter storytelling and faster feedback loops and hire, train, and scale a high-performing sales team.

  • Develop and implement a repeatable playbook for outbound → demo → closed-won conversion and build the foundation of a high-performing sales team and onboarding program.

  • Drive and systematize revenue growth, increase demo conversion, and lead complex enterprise negotiations with high stakes and long sales cycles.

Hard Requirements
  • 5+ years of startup or founder experience building sales functions from scratch and a proven track record scaling revenue from $0–$10M+ ARR in 12 months or less.

  • Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguity and execute decisively, self-driven, highly motivated, and relentless in pursuit of outcomes.

  • 5+ years of experience selling to Enterprise and Fortune 500, closing $1M+ ARR deals in 6 months or less.

  • High ownership, high autonomy mindset. Self-managed, self-motivated.

Key Results (First 90 Days)
  • Audit Sully's existing pipeline, sales process, and messaging, and define the foundational GTM playbook and initial success metrics.

  • Establish top-of-funnel pipeline through outbound prospecting and early customer meetings, and deliver first closed-won enterprise deals with measurable ARR impact.

  • Build the foundation of a high-performing sales team and onboarding program, and establish a repeatable playbook for outbound → demo → closed-won conversion.
