  • Monitor intraday funding needs, settlement concentrations, prefunding arrangements, and weekend/holiday liquidity requirements.
  • Evaluate Treasury impacts of new payment clients, products, and unexpected settlement events.

Stress Testing & Contingency Funding

  • Own liquidity stress testing and the Contingency Funding Plan (CFP).

  • Establish triggers, escalation protocols, and management actions.

Deposit Strategy & Profitability

  • Lead the Bank’s deposit pricing framework and recommend rates for commercial deposit products.
  • Evaluate deposits based on stability, duration, concentration, liquidity value, rate sensitivity, relationship economics, and payment activity.
  • Monitor deposit betas, pricing exceptions, competitive positioning, and actual deposit behavior.
  • Develop relationship-level profitability analyses incorporating funding value, payment revenue, interest expense, FDIC assessments, operational costs, and liquidity requirements.

ALM & Balance-Sheet Management

  • Lead the ALM framework and balance-sheet strategy.
  • Manage interest-rate risk, liquidity risk, funding risk, concentrations, and ALM models/assumptions.
  • Monitor earnings-at-risk, economic value sensitivity, deposit behavior, and balance-sheet positioning.
  • Lead ALCO preparation and present recommendations to senior management and the Board.

Investment Portfolio

  • Manage investment maturities, cash flows, and reporting to ALCO and the Board.

Governance, Regulatory & Reporting

  • Serve as a key member of ALCO and provide Treasury reporting to executive management, Risk Committee, and the Board.
  • Maintain Treasury, ALM, liquidity, investment, and deposit-pricing policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a Treasury subject matter expert for OCC, Federal Reserve, FDIC, Internal Audit, and external auditor interactions.
  • Support examinations, regulatory reporting, documentation, and remediation of findings.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive bank treasury, ALM, liquidity, or balance-sheet management experience.
  • Strong experience in ALM, liquidity risk, deposit pricing, funding strategy, interest-rate risk, investments, and liquidity stress testing.
  • Strong understanding of bank financial statements, regulatory capital, and balance-sheet dynamics.
  • Experience with deposit modeling, ALCO reporting, financial modeling, and regulated banking environments.
  • Ability to communicate complex Treasury matters to senior management and the Board.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, CFA, CTP, FRM, or similar designation.
  • Prior Treasurer, Deputy Treasurer, Head of ALM, or Head of Liquidity experience.
