Why Harvey

At Harvey, we’re transforming how legal and professional services operate — not incrementally, but end-to-end. By combining frontier agentic AI, an enterprise-grade platform, and deep domain expertise, we’re reshaping how critical knowledge work gets done for decades to come.

This is a rare chance to help build a generational company at a true inflection point. With 1000+ customers in 60+ countries, strong product-market fit, and world-class investor support, we’re scaling fast and defining a new category in real time. The work is ambitious, the bar is high, and the opportunity for growth — personal, professional, and financial — is unmatched.

Our team is sharp, motivated, and deeply committed to the mission. We move fast, operate with intensity, and take real ownership of the problems we tackle — from early thinking to long-term outcomes. We stay close to our customers — from leadership to engineers — and work together to solve real problems with urgency and care. If you thrive in ambiguity, push for excellence, and want to help shape the future of work alongside others who raise the bar, we invite you to build with us.

At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started.

Role Overview

Today, our web function operates largely in response mode: a request comes in from marketing, a page gets built. That model has served us to a point, but it is not where we are going. We are looking for someone to fundamentally change how Web operates at Harvey, shifting from reactive execution to proactive product ownership. You will still receive requests, and you will handle them well. But the bigger part of the job is building the roadmap you believe in, driving your own projects with conviction, and leading the team toward a web presence that is always a step ahead of the business rather than catching up to it.

You will be responsible for harvey.ai in its entirety: the strategy behind what gets built and in what order, the technology the site runs on, how it converts, how visitors navigate it, and the pages that support growth at every stage of the funnel. You will run the planning process, own the prioritization calls, and manage a team of designers and engineers who execute to a high standard.

The right person for this role has deep product instincts and is genuinely excited to apply them to the marketing web. We are not looking for a marketer who will learn to think about product. We are looking for a product thinker who will know/learn the marketing context, because the foundation we need here is product rigor: clear thinking about users, ruthless prioritization, structured roadmaps, and a bias toward building the right thing rather than just the next thing.

This role reports to Scott Smith, VP of Creative, and sits within the Harvey Brand & Creative team. It is a new function, created because we believe the web deserves to be owned with intention. You will have the opportunity to build it from the ground up during a period of rapid growth.

Why This Role

This is a rare opportunity to own a company's web presence as a true product, with real influence over how one of the fastest-growing AI companies in the world presents itself to the market. You will have a team, a budget, a mandate, and a senior creative leader who cares deeply about the work. The site is both a brand expression and a growth engine, and this role gets to own both sides of that equation.

What You'll Do
  • Define and execute the full creative and product vision for the Harvey web presence, balancing brand integrity with growth and conversion goals.

  • Build and maintain a quarterly roadmap that reflects business priorities and is communicated clearly across stakeholders.

  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate campaign briefs, product launches, and sales needs into high-impact web experiences.

  • Drive the creative direction for major launches, events, and campaigns, acting as the senior voice on web quality and standards.

  • Establish design workflows, review processes, and tooling standards (Figma, CMS, prototyping) to maximize team velocity and collaboration.

  • Use analytics, conversion data, and qualitative signals to constantly find ways to improve the site and make decisions with conviction.

  • Act as the internal expert and advocate for web: set the bar, defend the standard, and raise the craft of everyone around you.

What You'll Own
  • The harvey.ai marketing site in its entirety: strategy, architecture, performance, and roadmap.

  • Campaign landing pages, product pages, microsites, and interactive digital experiences.

  • Conversion strategy: owning how the site moves visitors toward the pipeline, with a rigorous, data-informed approach to optimization.

  • Navigation, information architecture, and the decisions that shape how users move through the site.

  • The web tech stack and CMS, including what the site is built on, how it is maintained, and how the team ships.

  • The web design system: component libraries, page templates, typography, motion, and layout patterns.

  • A team of designers and engineers, with full responsibility for hiring, direction, and output quality.

  • Roadmap planning and sprint prioritization, working closely with Brand, Growth, Product Marketing, and Engineering stakeholders.

What You Have
  • 10+ years of experience in web, digital product, or a related discipline, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

  • A product management background or a deeply product-minded operating style. You think in roadmaps, metrics, and prioritization frameworks, not just creative output.

  • Experience owning a marketing site or web product end-to-end: strategy, performance, team, and execution.

  • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft across typography, layout, responsive behavior, motion, and interaction design in marketing and brand contexts.

  • Experience building and scaling a web function at a high-growth technology company.

  • Deep fluency in Figma, modern design systems, and front-end-aware design, including working knowledge of React, CSS, and web performance trade-offs.

  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and product stakeholders and ship polished work on tight timelines.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate strategy and design rationale to both creative and business audiences.
