SunSoft Online is hiring a Help Desk Analyst for an Arizona state agency (Enterprise Resource Planning Division).
Hard requirements, read before applying:
- Currently living in the Phoenix metro area, current city must appear on your resume (the role is mostly remote, but only local candidates are eligible, no exceptions)
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future, W2 only
- 1+ year of help desk or troubleshooting experience
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ticket management), this is a hard requirement
The work:
Technical support for the state's ERP system (AZ360) and HR/talent software (PageUp). Responding to phone and email queries, walking non-technical users through problem-solving, triaging and escalating tickets in ServiceNow, running data integrity reports, documenting processes, and supporting new-user orientation.
Details:
Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00 · contract through late January 2027, start ~August 17 · competitive hourly W2 rate · in-person interview in Phoenix within a week of posting close · HireRight background check and drug screening.
