At GOA-TECH, we’re looking for a Help Desk Specialist with an IT background to provide top-notch support and ensure seamless operations for our team and clients. If you have experience with CRM systems (Zoho preferred), IT troubleshooting, and system management, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support to internal teams and clients.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and optimize Zoho CRM and other business tools.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.
- Document and resolve technical inquiries efficiently and effectively.
- Assist with security protocols and system updates. What We Need:
- Proven experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and cloud-based tools.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
- Proficiency in English (C1 level) – Spanish is a plus!
- Knowledge of basic networking, cybersecurity, and troubleshooting best practices.

- Familiarity with CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and cloud-based tools.
