Holiday Rotation: 

Department: Human Resources

Reporting to the CHRO and/or the Employment and HR Compliance Manager, the HR Associate is responsible for a variety of departmental tasks.  These tasks include but may not be limited to: Monthly license and certification tracking, tuition and certification reimbursement processing, salary and status change calcuations and processing, onboarding all newly hired employees, keeping track of all payouts for sign on bonuses and Employee Referrals, and data entry into MyHR, meets with all new hires, follows up to ensure all new hires are fully compliant with the requirements of their position, front office support, providing exemplary service to Doctors Medical Centers’ employees, employment candidates, and other guests, and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.

Minimum Experience/Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience working independently in a high functioning administrative assistant position.  Human Resources experience preferred.

Doctors Medical Center (DMC), part of the Central Valley Doctors Health System, is the largest full-care hospital between Stockton and Fresno, and from the Sierras to the San Francisco Bay Area, with a 394-bed general acute care and a 67-bed inpatient psychiatric capacity. DMC is known for providing comprehensive inpatient, outpatient and emergency care.
