Fuel the Growth of the AI Era Saviynt is on a mission to define identity security for the modern age. Following our recent $700 million capital raise led by KKR, we are aggressively expanding our footprint. We are looking for a high-octane Sr. HR Business Partner Manager to support our Americas (AMS) Sales, Marketing, and Finance organizations. You will be the strategic architect helping our Go-To-Market (GTM) and Finance leaders build, scale, structure, and reward the teams driving our global revenue.

The Role You will serve as the primary HR strategist and organizational consultant for our AMS Sales, Marketing, Hyperscaler/Alliance, and Finance organizations. This is a high-visibility role where you will align talent strategy with aggressive SaaS commercial objectives—ensuring our GTM organization is structurally optimized, high-performing, and built to scale within complex enterprise cloud environments.

Logistics

  • Location: Remote, or hybrid out of our El Segundo, CA or Milpitas, CA offices.

  • Work Arrangement: While this role has recently been opened to remote candidates across the US, local candidates may elect a hybrid schedule (minimum 3 days in office). Periodic travel for critical in-person leadership meetings and strategy sessions will be required for remote team members.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • SaaS & Hyperscaler GTM Advisory: Act as the lead HR consultant for Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances. Translate aggressive SaaS revenue targets, co-selling motions, and Hyperscaler ecosystem strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP) into actionable workforce models.

  • Strategic Organizational Design (OD): Lead complex org design initiatives including spans and layers analysis, territory/coverage realignments, sales motion shifts, and structural scaling following our rapid capital growth.

  • Organizational Development (ODev) & Capability Building: Diagnose organizational readiness and capability gaps. Design and execute targeted ODev interventions, talent density initiatives, and manager effectiveness frameworks tailored to a fast-paced enterprise software environment.

  • Revenue & Finance Alignment: Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations to evaluate how territory design, headcount modeling, and sales capacity impact compensation, incentive planning, and overall bottom-line performance.

  • Performance & Quota Strategy: Drive end-to-end pay, quota, and performance programs. Ensure sales cycles and go-to-market objectives are supported by equitable pay decisions, clear goal setting, and robust retention strategies.

  • Leadership Development & Workforce Planning: Partner with Learning & Development and Talent Acquisition to build the next generation of SaaS sales leaders, establish succession pipelines, and execute sophisticated workforce planning.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize HR analytics, SaaS productivity metrics, and engagement data to proactively identify talent trends, mitigate attrition risks, and optimize organizational health.

  • Executive Coaching & Employee Relations: Provide expert, candid coaching to leaders and managers on leadership effectiveness, team dynamics, complex conflict resolution, and change management.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Organizational Development; SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or formal Org Design/Dev certification preferred.

  • SaaS & Hyperscaler Expertise: 8+ years of progressive HRBP experience, specifically supporting high-growth B2B Enterprise SaaS GTM teams, with exposure to Hyperscaler/Cloud Alliance sales environments.

  • Proven OD & ODev Mastery: Demonstrated track record of leading structured Organizational Design (re-orgs, spans/layers, territory re-alignments) and Organizational Development (leadership capability scaling, culture transformation, effectiveness programs).

  • Financial & Commercial Acumen: Deep understanding of SaaS GTM metrics (ARR, ACV, quota attainment, sales capacity) and how HR strategy directly influences top-line revenue growth and cost-to-serve models.

  • Change Leadership & Agility: Proven capability in leading organizations through hyper-growth, shifting sales motions, and post-funding expansion.

  • Analytical Precision: Highly analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex HR and business metrics into clear strategic recommendations.

  • Influence & Business Acumen: Strong executive presence with the ability to challenge, advise, and influence senior leaders across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.
