About the Role

We are looking for a highly qualified HRBP for our R&D department at Port.io partner closely with our global leadership. This is a strategic as well as an hands on role that combines business understanding, deep people expertise, and the ability to drive processes end-to-end in a scaling environment.

As an HRBP at Port.io, you’ll work directly with leaders from the executive team as well as with managers and teams to enable growth, drive performance, strengthen our culture, and ensure a best-in-class employee experience across the entire lifecycle. You will report directly to VP HR (that is leading the function and part of the executive team).

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with leaders to understand business goals and translate them into people strategies.
  • Support managers with org design, team planning, and talent development.
  • Lead and execute HR processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle: onboarding, development, retention, and off boarding
  • Lead performance and growth processes: feedback cycles, calibration, manager enablement, and employee development.
  • Be a trusted advisor for employees and managers on all people topics: engagement, growth, conflicts, well-being, and more.
  • Analyze people data and trends to surface insights and drive decision-making.
  • Design and refine HR programs and processes to support a scaling organization.
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition to ensure strong hiring processes and onboarding experiences.
  • Support compensation reviews, retention efforts, and career pathing.
  • Drive culture initiatives that strengthen belonging, alignment, and our Port.io DNA.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (IL/US) and maintain high-quality HR operations.

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of HRBP experience in fast-growing tech companies or startups and 2+ years as a professional in other HR domains (TA, HR OPS, L&D, etc.)
  • Proven experience supporting managers and leadership in a scaling environment.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect people programs to company goals.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, global environment.
  • Experience with data-driven HR decision-making.
  • High integrity, empathy, and discretion.
  • Experience partnering with R&D or technical organizations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
