About the Role

We’re looking for an Office Manager & HR Operations professional to be the backbone of our workplace experience and people operations in the U.S. This role blends high-touch office management with detail-oriented HR operations—supporting everything from office logistics and vendor management to onboarding, benefits administration, and employee experience.

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions related to HR processes, workplace policies, and benefits logistics.

  • Support compliance tasks including I-9 verification (if applicable), documentation, and policy updates.

Qualifications
