HR Technology and Performance Operations Associate

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support the administration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems and processes.
As the HR Technology & Performance Operations Associate, you will help maintain HR systems, support performance review processes, assist with reporting and analytics, and provide day-to-day operational support across all HR technology platforms. You will work closely with the Senior Manager, HR Technology and Analytics, HRBP’s, and internal stakeholders to ensure HR processes run efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including UKG and Lattice, by assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Assist with HR technology enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives, including discovery, testing, documentation, and coordination activities.
  • Support employee data updates and maintain data accuracy across HR systems.

Performance Management Support

  • Partner with HRBPs to administer performance review cycles in Lattice.
  • Support review cycle launches, communications, scheduling, and compliance throughout each phase of the process.
  • Lead Lattice trainings/info sessions.

Reporting & Data Management

  • Develop and deliver ad hoc HR reports, alerts and metrics using UKG/Lattice People Analytics, Excel, or other reporting tools.
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Support ongoing compliance reporting initiatives.

User Support

  • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS and performance management related questions and user support requests.
  • Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members on HR system processes and functionality.
  • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SharePoint site content to support a strong self-service culture.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or related HR functions.
  • Experience working with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately and confidentially.
  • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reports and HR data.
  • Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience supporting HR processes such as performance management or employee data management is a plus.
