Creating an amazing experience for our employees (we call them Snoos) and new employees, we are looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our growing People Operations Team (POps for short). You will help us maintain a smooth and positive experience for our Snoos and Snoobies and will be an important contributor to our growing company.

What you'll be doing

• Onboarding approximately 10-30 new hires every two weeks
• Coordinate new hire onboarding once an offer is accepted 
• Work with cross functional teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for our Snoobie 
• Maintain accurate data for reporting and auditing
• Respond to employee questions about benefits and other POps related items l
• Ensure HRIS system accuracy
• Answer general employee questions and help provide outstanding service to our teammates
• Process paperwork for confidential employer and employee needs; promotions, transfers, global probationary period letters, terminations, etc.
• Support with HR program tasks; engagement survey, talent reviews, etc.

What you should have

• BS/BA or equivalent experience, 0-1 years of related experience
• An obsession for ensuring excellent client satisfaction and service
• A willingness to pivot projects and tasks based on the needs of the company
• A strong desire to work collaboratively across the entire organization
• Work autonomously but know when to tap in your teammates for help and lift when needed
