Job Description:
RingCentral is seeking a seasoned IT Manager, HR Systems to lead and deliver high-impact compliant HR solutions. This role is responsible for overseeing all the HR platforms ecosystem to enable transformation, growth, maturity and scale. You will lead HR programs using technology for our global workforce to support $10B+ high growth plans. You will work cross-functionally with business partners to deliver solutions for our unique internal business needs. An ideal candidate for this position is a true self-starter, critical thinker, problem solver, drives results with speed, a big picture thinker who breaks down silos, collaborates, challenges status quo and prompts solutions.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the development of an IT HR systems roadmap that aligns with the business priorities
Utilize technology to increase efficiency, promote employee and manager self-service and support digital environment
Ensure necessary change management and compliance with systems management
Performs needed HR transactions in HRIS and ensures adherence to all SOX requirements for HR transactions
Work closely with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Employee Success HR Business Partners to optimize HRIS capabilities
Oversees all technology operations and evaluates them according to the overall growth plans
Establish strong working relationships with HR stakeholders, senior leaders and cross-functional teams in the capacity of a trusted advisor for IT
Hire, develop and motivate a high performing global team and set team's deliverables, objectives, performance goals
Ensure effective transfer of information between Payroll, IT, Finance, Stock Administration, etc. in support of all HR transactions.
Drive organizational adoption of system capabilities.
Manage system change requests in line with existing priorities.
Ability to think critically, solve problems, make decisions and across the organization

Effectively remove blockers and mitigate project risks maximizing team productivity and ensuring delivery

Ability to adapt to modification and changes to project plans, demonstrating flexibility to implement new strategies and tactics to accommodate these changes
Ability to make both strategic and tactical decisions on sensitive, confidential issues
Proactive and takes initiative to gather information, investigate gaps / issues, identifies potential solutions and presents to both Business and IT stakeholders
Oversees and works closely with Vendors, Implementation Partners, Architects, Developers and Business Units to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction
Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives
Oversee the project lifecycle for projects within HR systems
Qualifications
BS degree in Computer Science or related field and equivalent practical experience
5+ years of knowledge and related industry experience in one or more business domains with other HR HCM systems such as SAP or PeopleSoft
Strong technical experience with XSLT, XTT, XML and object-oriented development including Java
Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards)
Master Data Management - Employee Master SSOT
In-depth experience and prior implementation experience with Workday HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Talent management, Performance, Recruiting, Absence management, Time tracking, Payroll, Reports, Calculated fields, EIB, Workday Studio integration & Dashboard creation. Expert understanding of Workday security.
Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations, upgrades and providing Workday Support.
Strong Workday security, business process design, and integrations experience
Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices with systems that handle sensitive data
Experience and proven success in evaluating and developing fit for purpose,technology-enabled systems and processes
