About The Role

We are looking for a seasoned Program Manager to work with our Customer Support organization to establish the foundation for employee onboarding and putting the framework together around continued development.

What You'll Do: 

  • Develop training curriculums for support onboarding and training, product training, and usage of tools.

  • Partner with key stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure accuracy and alignment of training programs.

  • Oversee and run the onboarding program as we transition to start classes

  • Contribute ideas to continuously improve the process utilizing technology (videos, LMS, etc.) to promote rapid scale up efficiency

Qualifications:
  • Four to ten years of work experience in a customer/client facing or internal support role.  Three or more of those years were spent on hands on experience building scalable learning and development 

  • Experience in designing, building, and implementing learning strategies, programs, and content. Mastery in the learning and development space including familiarity with traditional and progressive learning models.

  • A track record of consulting and collaborating with key stakeholders along with building relationships and being a strategic partner.

  • Experience designing processes, establishing metrics and managing the training of a global support team in a startup environment

  • Self-starter, creative, and demonstrated team player

  • Certification from talent and training associations a plus
