We are seeking a remote, contract Recruiter to join our team on an immediate, temporary assignment. This is a full-cycle recruiting position that will see you working with managers across our organization in filling key, high impact roles. 

You Will: 

• Partner with Hiring Managers across the organization to support them in fulfilling their hiring needs. This will include roles within Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance departments. 
• Source, screen, manage and coordinate candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Execute creative sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates.
• Maintain up-to-date candidate tracking in our ATS system (Greenhouse).
• Provide regular pipeline reporting to leadership.
• Work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to continue to develop and promote recruiting best practices at Tempo.

You Have: 

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• A minimum of 1-year experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting. 
• Demonstrated ability to source, qualify, and close candidates in a high-pressure environment.
• Prior success working with multiple hiring managers and supporting a number of different departments and positions at once. 
• Experience scheduling and coordinating interviews, preferably using Greenhouse and Zoom. 
• Ability to prioritize your time and duties appropriately. 
• Proficiency in various sourcing channels and techniques (LinkedIn, events, sourcing platforms, agency management, referrals).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency. 
• Excellent interpersonal skills - verbal and written.
