As a Technical Recruiter on our team, you will be in charge of finding great candidates and helping them envision life at Nightfall. Our recruiting team is a group dedicated to excellence in candidate quality and experience, hiring manager relationships, and deep understanding of the market. Technical recruiting supports the hiring of our engineering, product, data science, and design teams. In this role, you will help build and shape our overall recruiting processes and have a visible impact at Nightfall. You will be responsible for end-to-end hiring including; sourcing, screening, full candidate management, and closing candidates - as well as the opportunity to get involved with ad-hoc projects.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting primarily focused on technical teams (Engineering, Product, Data Science, Design) with the ability to be flexible depending on business needs
• Source and engage both active and passive candidates
• Identify and manage candidates throughout the hiring process, from initial contact through offer accept
• Act as a recruiting consultant to the engineering and go-to-market teams by suggesting changes to the hiring/interview process, advising hiring managers on candidate selection and offer guidance, and providing a unique perspective on market trends and industry best practices
• Ensure a high level of data integrity with our ATS (Lever) and other People systems
• Focus on introducing a pipeline to managers that puts emphasis on diversity

What We Look For

• 2+ years of technical sourcing and full-cycle recruiting experience
• In-house recruiting experience
• Experience with tooling such as Lever (or similar ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Ability to build relationships, trust, and rapport with all candidates
• Proven track record for assessing talent beyond matching key words on a resume
• Experience in building and managing a diverse pipeline
• Ability to qualify a candidate and understand what each candidate brings to the table, and then connect that candidate with the right opportunity at Nightfall
• Ability to connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels
• Exceptional teamwork and prioritization skills
• Must thrive and prioritize in a constantly changing environment
• Bachelor's degree
