This position is through Upwork’s Talent Innovation Program (TIP). Our TIP team is a global group of professionals that augment Upwork’s business. Our TIP team members are located all over the world.

Must Haves (Required Skills):

- Experience in providing white-glove service in Customer Service, Account Management or any related field
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- You have a history showing personal initiative and self-improvement
- You display confidence in all that you do
- You showcase excellent negotiation skills and a consultative approach to identifying problems and solution-finding
- You model the mission and values of Upwork and support customers in an ethical manner that both enables the people and maximizes revenue
- You "own" and expand Upwork’s relationship with customer accounts of all sizes
- Able to work full time at 40 hours a week during US business hours
