About the Role: 

At Dragos, we defend the critical infrastructure that powers everyday life—from energy grids to water systems—against cyber threats. While our technology protects the world outside, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes, supporting the systems and data that keep our People team—and our company—running smoothly and scaling effectively. 

We’re looking for an HRIS Analyst to support and maintain the systems that power our People operations. You’ll provide hands-on administration and support for our HRIS, assisting with system enhancements, reporting, data integrity, and integrations as the organization continues to scale globally. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Support day-to-day HRIS administration and core People processes across multiple regions, ensuring accurate and reliable system operations. 
  • Execute system updates, configuration changes, and testing activities under established governance and approval processes, in partnership with HRIS leadership. 
  • Maintain HRIS documentation, policies, and procedures to support system consistency and compliance. 
  • Manage user access requests and security roles in alignment with defined controls. 
  • Build, run, and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and dashboards to support the People team and business stakeholders, using existing tools and data structures. 
  • Validate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support data correction efforts. 
  • Support audits and compliance-related data requests by providing accurate system data. 
  • Partner with People team members and cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements for system enhancements and reporting needs. 
  • Provide Tier 1–2 HRIS support, troubleshooting system issues and escalating complex items as needed. 
  • Support user training and adoption of HRIS tools to promote effective system usage. 

Qualifications: 

  •  3–5 years of experience in HRIS or People systems administration. 
  • Hands-on experience supportingUKG, ADP, Workday, Lattice, Greenhouse, or a similar enterprise HR system. 
  • Experience supporting system integrations and data flows. 
  • Working knowledge of core HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, and benefits. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users. 
  • Organized, dependable, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. 

Compensation: 

  • Salary: $95,000
