About the role:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize our HubSpot CRM and marketing automation systems. This role supports Marketing, Sales, and Service teams by ensuring clean data, efficient processes, and reliable reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary HubSpot admin for CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub.
  • Maintain data accuracy through routine audits, property management, and list hygiene.
  • Build and optimize workflows, sequences, lead routing, and automation.
  • Create dashboards and reports to support decision-making across teams.
  • Manage user roles, permissions, pipelines, and custom objects.
  • Oversee integrations with third-party tools and troubleshoot platform issues.
  • Train and support internal teams on HubSpot features and best practices.

Requirements
  • 2+ years of HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform experience.
  • Strong understanding of HubSpot data structure, workflows, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • HubSpot certifications are a plus.
  • Experience with RevOps, marketing ops, or sales ops preferred.
