What are we looking for?

We want a leader that is responsible to solve organizational challenges through people-related solutions. We want the person to understand our vision, our business and strategy, the employee base, while also serving as an integral part of a team and client and lead client specific teams on human capital and organizational topics.

What will you do?

  • Design and execute on people strategy that enables business priorities
  • Lead sophisticated, high impact initiatives including and not limited to employee retention, talent assessment, succession planning, organizational design, compensation planning (equity, bonus, merit), and leadership development
  • Identify and predict current and future talent needs and influence the design and implementation of pipelining talent to enable us and our client’s success, along with building career trajectories for employees. Deliver a talent movement plan using a performance-potential matrix for all roles
  • Support Business Leaders to get results based on business goals and strategies, by executing on specific people-focused initiatives
  • Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs
  • Interpret KPIs to monitor and ensure leadership performance and identify strategies and action plans to enable leadership and team transformation. Manage retention conversations, and design transformation initiatives to improve team performance and capability. Coach managers and leaders to facilitate organizational change and model our leadership principles and an inclusive environment

You’ll need to have:

  • Experience in a HR Generalist/Human Resources Business Partnering role (e.g., performance management, training, compensation, attrition, leadership development) AND/OR Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience serving in a consultative capacity to leaders and employees
  • Understanding of various employment laws and their impact on HR matters
  • Demonstrated ability to partner within and outside of HR
  • Knowledge and experience in technology businesses and familiarity with their global HR practices and policies
