The role provides HR support for the Commercial organization, focusing on recruiting, onboarding, talent management, and employee engagement while collaborating with business leaders.
We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to provide HR support for our Commercial organization. You will partner with HR team members and business leaders to support recruiting, onboarding, developing, and engaging our employees. This role is based at our San Jose Headquarters and requires on-site presence daily. You will need to be able to understand business priorities and help translate them into HR actions that support a growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Be a trusted, HR first point of contact for your client group(s)
- Partner with the HR team and business leaders to understand business needs and support implementation of HR programs
- Provide guidance to managers and employees on day-to-day people-related matters
- Analyze and interpret HR metrics to identify trends and provide data-driven insights
- Drive recruitment efforts and good hiring decisions
- Support key HR processes including talent management, development planning, and compensation cycles
- Partner with managers and employees to help resolve employee concerns
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 6+ years of HR experience across areas such as employee relations, talent management, and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and establish trust
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work in a fast-paced environment, and collaborate effectively
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, connect dots, and translate insights into actionable recommendations
- Able to travel on occasion if needed
