Coastal Star Crisis Stabilization Unit

Starting Compensation:

25.00 - 28.00 USD per Hour

Working Location:

Irvine, CA | 100% On-Site

Working Hours/Shift:

Monday - Friday ( 8:00 - 5:00 PM)

What You Bring to SBHG (Qualifications)

Education & Licensure

  • High school diploma or equivalent, plus two (2) years of human resources experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
  • Valid California Driver's License.

 

Professional Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) required; HRIS experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of the mental health field is desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Professional demeanor.

 

Safety & Compliance

  • Ability to travel to and from offices within and outside the local area.

How You Will Make an Impact (Job Overview)

Partnering with our management and staff, you will drive impactful HR operations under the direction of the Regional HR Manager. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison to shared services, guide policy interpretation, manage sensitive data and HRIS records, and safeguard strict confidentiality. Ultimately, you will help cultivate a positive, compliant work environment across the region while supporting benefits, training, workers' compensation, and necessary travel.
