Job Summary
The HR Operations Coordinator is a key member of the HR Operations team, responsible for delivering a seamless onboarding experience and supporting North America team members throughout the employment lifecycle. This role partners closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and business stakeholders to coordinate HR processes, ensure data integrity, and drive enhancements that improve efficiency and service delivery as part of our ongoing evolution of HR service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support key HR Operations processes throughout the team member lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, transfers, and offboarding activities
- Serve as a trusted resource for team members, managers, and HR partners by answering questions, providing guidance, and helping navigate HR programs, processes, and systems
- Proactively anticipate needs, identify potential challenges, and drive actions that support a seamless HR experience
- Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of team member information within HR systems while identifying and resolving inconsistencies or process-related issues
- Assist with annual initiatives, including open enrollment and performance management
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve service delivery, and enhance the team member and stakeholder experience
- Develop and maintain job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation to promote consistency and education
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders to support the successful delivery of HR programs and initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives, including acquisitions, integrations, system enhancements, and process improvements
Qualifications and Experience
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as an HR Coordinator, Specialist, Generalist, or a similar role
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
- Experience owning a full onboarding process strongly preferred
Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable navigating HR systems and technology platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively in a virtual environment
- A strong sense of ownership and a service-oriented approach to problem solving
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex processes in a clear and relatable way
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering a high-quality experience
- Adaptable and comfortable navigating change, ambiguity, and evolving priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to contribute to process improvements and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and team member experience

Compensation & Benefits
The expected base salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on a number of factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and location.

Schedule: Ideal candidate will be based in Pacific Standard time (PST) zone or willing to work business hours consistent with PST.
