Hyperscale Account Manager

Job Summary Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and delivering excellent customer service as the single point of contact for one of our most important hyperscale accounts. You will use independent judgment to represent client needs, manage operational data pipelines, and foster an inclusive, high-performing culture focused on world-class service quality.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) In this role, you will:

  • Lead Client Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact to respond to client inquiries, communicate Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and facilitate alignment meetings across internal business teams.

  • Drive Operational Execution: Partner cross-functionally to ensure client assets are accurately received, processed, and reconciled while investigating discrepancies to implement process adjustments.

  • Manage Commercial Agreements: Interpret client Master Services Agreements (MSAs) and Statements of Work (SOW), collaborate on project scoping, and oversee third-party vendors for warranty management and asset disposal.

  • Oversee Financial Reporting: Gather operational data to generate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), manage monthly client invoicing, and submit accurate monthly settlement reports to Finance.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications) The ideal candidate will have:

  • Account Management Expertise: Proven experience managing client relationships, driving program execution, and troubleshooting client issues within a fast-paced environment.

  • Financial & Contractual Acumen: Strong capability to interpret commercial contracts (MSAs/SOWs), oversee project invoicing, and perform detailed data analysis for client reporting packages.

  • Communication & Organization: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills alongside strong time management to prioritize multiple complex projects under tight deadlines.

  • Core Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree is strongly encouraged, alongside proficiency with business software tools and the flexibility to travel throughout the United States.

Reasonably expected salary range: $68,400.00 - $85,500.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
