The IAM Sales Specialist will grow the IAM business by building client relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting IAM solutions. Our client is a leading Value-Added Distributor, specializing in providing information security solutions and services via their channel partners to enterprises of all sizes across sub-Saharan Africa. They provide cybersecurity solutions and services that span the entire enterprise information infrastructure lifecycle including the perimeter, network, endpoints, application, cloud, IoT and data security. They are looking to hire a IAM Cybersecurity Sales Specialist.
Job Summary:
As an IAM Sales Specialist,you will play a key role in growing the Identity and Access Management business by building client relationships, delivering sales targets, and promoting IAM solutions across diverse industries. This position demands in-depth knowledge of IAM products and an ability to customize solutions based on client needs. You will work closely with clients to understand their security requirements and provide them with the right solutions from the client's IAM portfolio, which includes products such as SailPoint, Ping Identity, ForgeRock, Saviynt, and CyberArk.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for assigned clients to drive IAM solution adoption.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers in large enterprises.
- Lead complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, involving solution selling, presentations, and negotiation.
- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets for IAM products.
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to stay updated on IAM solution advancements and industry trends.
- Lead account review meetings and proactively manage client issues and renewals.
- Develop partner, channel sales opportunities, and provide enablement sessions as required.
- Provide thought leadership and act as a trusted advisor to clients on IAM best practices.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a minimum of 3 years in IAM or cybersecurity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven track record of managing large enterprise accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies and industry best practices.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
