This role serves as the primary bridge between business units and IAM product teams, driving adoption of enterprise identity solutions through proactive engagement, education, and feedback loops.
The position is highly focused on understanding business needs, identifying IAM pain points, and accelerating solution adoption through initiatives such as adoption support, pilot programs, and targeted enablement. As the voice of the business, this role partners closely with product and engineering teams to ensure IAM capabilities align to real-world use cases and deliver measurable impact.
In this role, you will:
  • Proactively engage business units to identify IAM pain points, adoption barriers, and access challenges across initiatives
  • Understand business workflows, dependencies, and access requirements to ensure IAM solutions align with real-world use cases
  • Influence stakeholders on net new or on material changes to IAM enterprise solutions
  • Act as the IAM Strategic Enablement partner across business units, ensuring consistent engagement, alignment, and adoption of IAM capabilities.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into structured inputs for IAM product and engineering teams
  • Translate business feedback and access challenges into actionable product insights to improve IAM capabilities and user experience
  • Evaluate and interpret information security policies, standards, and processes to enable consistent adoption and informed decision-making across IAM initiatives.
  • Advise on the development and delivery of IAM Enterprise Solutions
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and mid-level to more experienced managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Translate business feedback and access challenges into actionable product insights to improve IAM capabilities and user experience
  • Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
  • Utilize AI-assisted development and analysis tools (e.g., Copilot, approved agents) to support IAM enablement and adoption efforts
  • Leverage AI to accelerate design, analysis, testing, and troubleshooting of IAM capabilities and solutions
  • Apply strong technical judgment when validating and integrating AI-assisted outputs into solutions
  • Understand and account for model limitations, security risks, and operational considerations
  • Apply AI responsibly in development and production environments
  • Ensure AI usage aligns with security, compliance, privacy, and ethical standards
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • 5+ years of experience in Information Security with a strong focus on IAM
Desired Qualifications:
  • Proven experience supporting IAM onboarding migrations, or transformation initiatives
  • Experience working in cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, GCP, on-prem AD, etc.)
  • Experience applying enterprise IAM capabilities including authentication, identity governance, privileged access management, MFA, directory services, API access management, and identity analytics to support business onboarding, adoption, migrations, and access issue resolution across cloud and hybrid environments
  • Strong understanding of IAM security principles, processes, and best practices such as principle of least privilege and zero-trust architecture
  • Demonstrated experience in IAM Operations, triage, or support functions
  • Experience driving adoption of enterprise technology solutions
  • Ability to influence product roadmaps using data and business impact
  • Familiarity with Agile or product-driven environment
  • Experience working directly with business issues, applications and product owners
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills

Job Expectations:
  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule in office 3 days a week
  • Need to be available for on-call support
