Iron Mountain is seeking a strategic Operations Manager to join our Digital Imaging & Document Processing team.

In this role, you will lead our document scanning operations in Rugby, driving operational excellence through effective team performance, continuous process improvement, and sound financial management. You will serve as a key operational leader, empowering a high-volume workforce to deliver exceptional service while maintaining the rigorous quality standards our clients trust us to uphold.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Direct Operational Strategy: Oversee daily processing activities, establish clear priorities, and drive department performance across client deliverables.

  • Lead & Develop Teams: Mentor and motivate a large operational workforce, utilizing training plans and skills matrices to cultivate a high-performing team culture.

  • Optimize Service Delivery: Partner with senior leadership to forecast resources, streamline workflows, and enhance continuous improvement processes.

  • Maintain Financial & QA Oversight: Manage operational budgets, monitor client contract cost models, and enforce strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven leadership experience managing large teams (100+ headcount) within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • Strong knowledge of business process management, process implementation, and operational security compliance.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience managing financial data, pipeline forecasting, and operational KPIs.

  • Security Clearance (or eligibility/willingness to undergo required security vetting checks).
