Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Imaging Specialist to join our Document Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for converting physical documents into high-quality electronic images, performing quality control audits, and ensuring accurate data entry while maintaining steady production rates to meet crucial deadlines.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Lead digital conversion workflows: Scan hardcopy files into high-quality electronic images, accurately perform data entry, prepare hardcopy records for processing, and manage digital deliverables such as project CDs.

  • Collaborate across teams and functions: Partner closely with internal team members and occasionally interact with clients to clarify requirements, manage order logistics, and act as an expert resource to assist in training new specialists.

  • Ensure compliance and operational quality: Conduct thorough quality control auditing functions to verify document completeness, secure organizational standards, and ensure all projected documentation complies with delivery protocols.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1+ years of experience in an imaging, document management, or high-volume data entry environment.

  • Strong knowledge of scanning technology, imaging software, and basic digital formatting tools.

  • Proven ability in high-detail orientation, managing individual workloads to meet tight deadlines, and collaborating effectively to resolve processing issues.

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
