Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a meticulous and disciplined Digitizing Records Specialist to join our Global Digital Solutions team.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end conversion of physical assets into digital records, including high-capacity scanning, rigorous quality control, and the precise reassembly of sensitive documents to maintain their original sequence and integrity.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute High-Capacity Digital Conversion: Manage the preparation, sorting, and scanning of hard-copy files, utilizing specialized imaging technology to transform physical records into high-quality electronic images.

  • Drive Quality & Data Integrity: Collaborate with the production team to perform document indexing and quality control, ensuring every digital asset meets Iron Mountain’s strict standards for accuracy and clarity.

  • Maintain Operational Continuity: Complete all internal documentation and tracking logs while adhering to workplace organization standards to ensure a safe and efficient production environment.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume production, warehouse, or administrative environment where speed and accuracy are balanced.

  • Technical Expertise: Basic computer knowledge and the ability to quickly train on professional imaging software and high-capacity scanning hardware.

  • Functional Ability: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to perform tactile tasks such as removing staples, sorting, and reassembling complex document sequences after scanning.

  • Physical & Functional Ability: Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry boxes weighing up to 40 pounds on a regular basis. You should also possess the manual dexterity to remove staples and reassemble complex document sequences.

  • Communication: Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English to ensure safety and production standards are met.

Reasonably expected salary range: $36,600.00 - $45,700.00

Please note that an employee's starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. Where State, Municipal, Provincial, Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage, employees are entitled to the higher rate.
