About the team & opportunity
Ontra is seeking an Implementation Associate reporting to our Implementation Manager.

What you'll do

• Drive Implementation Excellence: Execute targeted document abstractions for assigned projects, ensuring seamless integration of Ontra's product solutions for enterprise clients.
• Maintain Project Visibility: Regularly update project status documentation, tracking individual statistics to provide real-time insights into progress and potential areas for improvement.
• Promote Collaboration: Actively participate in team meetings, contributing insights, identifying technical issues, and suggesting enhancements to the Implementation Manager.
• Enhance Efficiency: Collaborate with the implementation team to develop streamlined processes and best practices, utilizing problem-solving skills and creativity to optimize workflows.

Pay TransparencyOntra takes individual candidate location, experience, and skills into consideration when determining compensation. The base pay range is listed below. Additionally, all positions are eligible for unit-based equity grants.
Some positions may be eligible for additional compensation, such as commission or other variable compensation structures, which is not included in the below base pay range.

$48,600 - $68,400 USD
