    Job Description

    The Marketing Manager – Financial Services & Professional Services is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across two of Williams Lea's priority industry sectors.

    Working closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing & Industry Activation, this role translates business priorities into market-facing campaigns, thought leadership, executive engagement programs, events, and account-based marketing initiatives that strengthen Williams Lea's position as a technology-enabled transformation partner.

    Key Responsibilities

    Sector Marketing

    • Help develop integrated marketing plans.
    • Partner with sector leaders.
    • Develop sector messaging.
    • Support cross-sell and upsell initiatives.

    Campaign Development

    • Execute integrated campaigns.
    • Support ABM.
    • Coordinate campaign assets.
    • Measure and optimize performance.

    Thought Leadership

    • Develop content with SMEs.
    • Support executive profiling.
    • Align with transformation narrative.

    Executive Engagement & Events

    • Support roundtables and conferences.
    • Coordinate event marketing.
    • Develop executive briefing materials.

    Sales & Business Development

    • Support priority pursuits.
    • Create sales enablement assets.
    • Align initiatives with pipeline priorities.

    Performance Measurement

    • Track campaign performance.
    • Measure sector engagement.
    • Recommend improvements.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience.
    • Experience in Financial Services, Professional Services, Consulting, Legal, Insurance, or regulated industries.
    • Experience on either the client or service-provider side.
    • Experience with ABM, integrated campaigns, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

    Additional Information

    RRD's current salary range for this role is $91800 to $146800 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. RRD’s benefit offerings include medical, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, disability insurance, 401(k) with company match, life insurance and other voluntary supplemental insurance coverages, plus parental leave, adoption assistance, tuition assistance and employer/partner discounts.
