About Solace

Healthcare in the U.S. is fundamentally broken. The system is so complex that 88% of U.S. adults do not have the health literacy necessary to navigate it without help. Solace cuts through the red tape of healthcare by pairing patients with expert advocates and giving them the tools to make better decisions—and get better outcomes.

We're a Series C startup, founded in 2022 and backed by Inspired Capital, Craft Ventures, Torch Capital, Menlo Ventures, Signalfire, and IVP. Our U.S. based team is lean, mission-driven, and growing quickly.

Solace isn't a place to coast. We're here to redefine healthcare—and that demands urgency, precision, and heart. If you're looking to stretch yourself, sharpen your edge, and do the best work of your life alongside a team that cares deeply, you're in the right place. We’re intense, and we like it that way.

About the Role

As an Influencer Marketing Associate at Solace, you'll help the team find great creators, build strong working relationships, and keep influencer campaigns moving from outreach through launch and reporting. This is an early-career role for a recent graduate who understands internet culture, communicates well, and is excited to learn how creator marketing works behind the scenes.

You don't need years of agency or talent-management experience. You do need strong judgment, excellent follow-through, and genuine curiosity about creators and the communities they build. You'll learn from experienced marketers while taking on meaningful execution work from day one.

Because Solace works in healthcare, you'll also learn how to create compelling marketing while handling patient stories, claims, disclosures, approvals, and sensitive information with care.

This is a hybrid in person role in our Redwood City office, 3 days a week.

What You'll Do

Creator Research & Outreach
  • Research creators across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, podcasts, newsletters, and other emerging channels based on audience fit, content quality, credibility, and campaign goals.

  • Build creator shortlists and organize relevant information such as audience, content style, contact details, prior partnerships, and performance signals.

  • Support creator outreach using approved messaging and keep responses, follow-ups, and next steps organized.

  • Stay close to creator culture and surface new voices, formats, trends, and conversations that may be relevant to Solace.

Campaign Coordination
  • Help turn campaign strategy into clear creator briefs, timelines, deliverable lists, and launch trackers.

  • Coordinate scheduling, content submissions, review rounds, approvals, and go-live dates across multiple creators.

  • Maintain accurate records for contracts, usage rights, deliverables, payment status, contact history, and campaign notes.

  • Perform an initial check of submitted content against the brief, required disclosures, format requirements, and approved messaging before escalating for final review.

  • Flag missed deadlines, unclear deliverables, or other campaign risks early and help the team resolve them.

Performance & Team Support
  • Pull basic campaign metrics and organize results so the team can see which creators, messages, and formats are performing.

  • Help prepare campaign recaps and document learnings for future creator selection and briefs.

  • Keep the influencer roster, campaign trackers, folders, and Notion pages clean and current.

  • Coordinate with brand, creative, performance, partnerships, legal, and compliance teams when campaigns require additional review or support.

Who You Are

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience. Internships, student organizations, your own content, freelance projects, campus ambassador work, talent or entertainment experience, and side projects all count.

  • You are genuinely interested in creators, social platforms, digital culture, and why certain content earns trust and attention.

  • You are highly organized and can keep many small details moving without losing track of deadlines.

  • You write clear, warm, professional messages and understand that every creator interaction represents the Solace brand.

  • You have good judgment and know when to move something forward independently versus when to ask for help.

  • You take feedback well, make changes quickly, and do not get defensive when a first draft needs work.

  • You are comfortable working quickly while being thoughtful about healthcare claims, patient privacy, and sensitive stories.

  • You are resourceful. If you do not know how to find a creator, organize a process, or solve a small operational problem, your instinct is to figure it out.

What You Bring to the Table

  • A strong point of view on social media and creators, even if your experience comes from school, internships, personal projects, or your own online presence.

  • Experience with Notion, Google Sheets, Airtable, creator-management tools, or similar systems is helpful but not required.

  • Any experience with creator outreach, campus ambassadors, social content, talent coordination, PR, events, or community management.

  • Interest in healthcare, wellness, consumer technology, or mission-driven storytelling.

Applicants must be based in the United States.

Up for the Challenge?

We look forward to meeting you.
