What You’ll Do:
Munchkin is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to help grow and evolve our creator program. This person will own influencer partnerships from strategy and sourcing through negotiation, execution, content approvals, and reporting, while building strong relationships with creators and talent managers. You’ll partner closely with Social, Creative, Product Marketing, PR, E-commerce, and Paid Media to develop creator partnerships that build brand love, drive engagement, and create content that performs. This is a highly hands-on role for someone who is equal parts strategist, relationship builder, creative thinker, and operator.
- Develop and execute Munchkin’s influencer and creator strategy across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Source, vet, pitch, negotiate, and manage creators and talent managers from outreach through final deliverables.
- Build and nurture a diverse roster of creators, with a focus on long-term relationships and brand advocacy.
- Lead influencer campaigns including briefs, contracts, timelines, content approvals, usage rights, and payments.
- Partner with Social and Creative to develop creator content that feels authentic, culturally relevant, and native to each platform.
- Identify opportunities to amplify creator content across Munchkin’s organic and paid channels.
- Track campaign performance, budgets, and key learnings to continually improve the program.
- Stay ahead of creator trends, emerging talent, and cultural moments relevant to parents and families.
- Ensure influencer partnerships follow FTC guidelines and Munchkin brand standards.
Bring It!
- 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, PR, or a related field.
- In-house consumer brand experience strongly preferred.
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, creator culture, and social trends.
- Proven experience managing creator relationships, negotiations, campaigns, and budgets.
- Excellent creative judgment—you know what makes content feel authentic vs. overly branded.
- Strong communication, organization, and project management skills.
- Experience with influencer platforms such as CreatorIQ, GRIN, Aspire, or similar.
- Experience with paid social, whitelisting, usage rights, or affiliate/social commerce is a plus.
- Passion for parenting, lifestyle, consumer brands, and the ever-changing creator landscape.

Salary range: $90,000 - $125,000
