The Role

Palette is looking for a Talent Coordinator to assist in the talent department’s day-to-day client management. The Talent Coordinator will have the ability to help shape our creators’ career trajectories and build their businesses cohesively. We want someone who will care for the well-being and growth of our creators, work with precision under tight timeframes, be responsive to all necessary requests around the clock, and have a can-do attitude.

 
Responsibilities

  • Serve as Talent Coordinator servicing a roster of talent.

  • This includes communicating between the partner and creator expected delivery dates, delays, and re-draft requirements + caption requirements + live links, adding the opted-in offer to our internal accounting system, and procuring payment remittance details for accounting department.

  • Attend stand up meetings (1pm ET / 10am PT) with Talent Team, along with creator regroup meetings on a recurring basis, depending on the creator. In these meetings, the Talent Coordinator will come prepared with talking points in conjunction with the Manager of the respective creator, as well as take notes on the call for all follow up / action items.

  • Actively respond across the various channels of communication (imessage text group threads, slack, whatsapp, etc.).

  • Present potential management scouting selections on a weekly basis, as well as attend intro meetings with potential signees.

  • Keep up with the latest social media trends such as, but not limited to news stories, memes, trending sounds, etc.

  • Maintain an organized process and structure.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of social media marketing (experience working with brand negotiation & deliverables) or project management experience (sending calendar invites, project management tool experience, detail oriented)

  • Has a passion for short form as well as new media and other social platforms

  • Able to proactively troubleshoot and problem solve quickly and through the proper escalation process

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively translate technical language to non-technical stakeholders

  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace. Hubspot and Canva knowledge a plus

  • Excellent collaboration skills

  • High attention to detail and very organized

  • Self-starter, a fast learner who has critical thinking

  • A positive attitude and keen team player

  • The ability to work within strict branding guidelines

The following skills are not required, but a plus:

  • Experience working at an agency

  • Ability to analyze data and identify insights to assess campaign performance
