Travefy is the connected system powering the travel industry.

More than 50,000 travel agencies and advisors trust Travefy to help them prove their value, simplify their work, and grow their businesses. Our platform is where they go to manage clients, design and sell stunning trips, market their brands, and run the back office.

Travel is booming, a new generation of advisors is reshaping the industry, and Travefy builds the tools they run on. Come help shape how an entire industry works.

About the Role

Travel advisors are real small business owners. Most of them are independent, most are growing, and almost all are underserved by the software they rely on every day. This role with Travefy is about reaching them.

This is a hybrid role by design. Qualified advisors land on your calendar every day through our marketing engine, and converting them is half the job. The other half is demand you create yourself, going after the individual advisors and small teams who have not found us yet. The best person in this seat excels at both, and the comp plan is designed to reward exactly that.

You will report to Revenue Leadership and work closely with marketing, account management, and our agency sales team. This is a high-volume, fast-cycle role with a short path from first conversation to closed business. You will run more sales conversations in a month than most reps run in a quarter, and you will have real influence over how this motion (and Travefy) evolves.

What You'll Own

Converting inbound demand. Qualified advisors arrive on your calendar every day through 1:1 and group demos. You run the session, you follow up, you close. Over half of the advisors who sit through a demo become customers, and we expect you to protect that.

Creating your own demand. You’ll have access to a named universe of individual advisors and small teams that aren’t currently with Travefy. You build the lists, you run the outreach, you fill the seats that marketing does not.

Growing advisors into teams. The best advisors add people. You spot the two, three, and five seat opportunities early, sell the upgrade from Core to Premium, and expand accounts before someone else does.

Winning back what we lost. Lapsed trials, churned advisors, and prospects who went quiet are on the table, and you’d work that book of business deliberately, not just when the calendar is slow.

Writing the playbook. You talk with more working advisors than almost anyone at Travefy. The objections you hear, the competitors you run into, and the reasons advisors buy feed the company playbook and drive our experimentation.

Your Day to Day

  • Run 1:1 and group demos with self-scheduled prospects
  • Build and work your own outbound lists by phone, email, and text
  • Follow up on every demo within 24 hours, every time
  • Route larger agency, white label, and API opportunities to the right team fast
  • Keep an accurate, honest pipeline in HubSpot
  • Bring what you are hearing back to marketing and product

What We're Looking For

You have carried a number and hit it. Two to five years in a closing seat, ideally high volume SMB or self service SaaS. Not a support role with a quota attached.

You have sourced your own pipeline. You can walk us through a deal you created from nothing, not one that was handed to you by marketing or an SDR.

You are comfortable at volume. Many conversations a day, short cycles, small deals that add up. You get energy from a full calendar rather than dreading it.

You can run a room. Group demos with a dozen advisors, live questions, competing perspectives. You have done something like this or you are visibly ready to.

You are consultative at speed. You ask a real question before you show a feature, even when the call is 30 minutes long.

You are fluent in the toolkit. HubSpot, sequencing tools, AI in your actual daily workflow rather than as something you have read about.

You raise your hand. When the calendar is light you say so on Monday, not at the end of the month, and you show up with a plan to fill it.

You are authorized to work in the United States.
