  • Coordinate with the field sales team on RFP responses, customer proposals, and QBR presentations.

  • Partner closely with vendor management teams (e.g., storage, CPU, and other technology vendors) to introduce, position, and execute shared business goals.

  • Develop strong relationships with customer stakeholders across purchasing, sales, and operations.

  • Coordinate customer engagement with Finance and Purchasing teams, either directly or by executing actions through those groups.

  • Identify potential challenges or risks within accounts and provide timely visibility to the Inside Account Executive or Senior Inside Account Executive.

  • Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure quotes and orders are processed accurately and on time.

  • Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned accounts and delegate repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams when appropriate.

  • Apply basic project management skills to track and complete customer requests.

  • Attend TD SYNNEX and relevant industry events as needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Open to early‑career talent with a demonstrated eagerness to learn and grow in a sales environment.

  • Comfortable speaking with customers regularly and building relationships over the phone and email.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and tailor messaging to different audiences.

  • Ability to execute instructions independently and seek clarification when needed.

  • Demonstrated critical thinking, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.

  • Strong data entry and organizational skills with attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.

  • Ability to work constructively under pressure and manage deadlines.

  • Demonstrated ethical judgment and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build strong working relationships across teams.

  • Sensitivity to the needs and concerns of customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in relevant computer systems and applications at an intermediate level.
