DESCRIPTION:

Join Thermo Fisher Scientific as an Inside Sales Representative II and be part of our mission to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer. In this role, you'll generate sales growth through virtual and digital channels while building strong relationships with customers across academic, biotech, pharma, clinical and industrial markets. You'll promote and sell our comprehensive portfolio of scientific products and services, using consultative selling skills to understand customer needs and provide optimal solutions. Working in a collaborative environment, you'll develop and execute strategic sales plans, manage customer relationships through our CRM system, and partner with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets. REQUIREMENTS:

• 2 years of sales and/or laboratory/research experience

- Bachelor’s degree required

• Preferred Fields of Study: Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry or related scientific field

• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals and targets

• Strong consultative selling and relationship building skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite

• Ability to develop and maintain deep product and technical knowledge

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Effective at working both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical capabilities

• Ability to travel 10-25% for customer meetings and internal events

• Must align with company values of Integrity, Intensity, Innovation and Involvement

• Experience with scientific products/instruments preferred but not required
