Compensation: depending on experience, with a compensation package that includes base pay and commissions.

Exydio is an early-stage startup helping small businesses simplify their operations with AI voice agents, websites, appointment booking, CRM, and payments. We help business owners spend less time juggling tools and more time serving customers and growing their businesses.

We’re gaining traction and looking for a motivated Sales Representative to accelerate our growth. Whether you thrive on meeting business owners in person, cold calling, or finding opportunities online, we want someone who can start conversations, build relationships, and close business.

What you’ll do

  • Prospect through in-person business visits, online research, cold calling, email outreach, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Connect with business owners and decision makers to understand their needs.
  • Explain how Exydio can help businesses manage calls, capture leads, and simplify daily operations.
  • Present the platform, schedule demos, and guide prospects through the sales process.
  • Follow up consistently and maintain accurate activity records in our CRM.
  • Work toward ambitious weekly sales and prospecting goals.
  • Share customer feedback and collaborate with the founding team to improve our sales approach.

Who we’re looking for

  • A confident communicator who enjoys starting conversations and building trust.
  • Someone with sales, business development, prospecting, or customer-facing experience.
  • A self-starter who can manage their schedule and follow through.
  • Someone comfortable using phone, email, social media, and in-person outreach to generate opportunities.
  • A resilient, coachable person who can handle rejection and keep moving.
  • Someone willing to learn the platform, take initiative, and adapt as we grow.

What it’s like to work here

We want to be upfront: we’re a startup. Some things can be messy. Processes are still evolving, priorities can shift, and you won’t always have a finished playbook. We move quickly and have aggressive goals, so flexibility, ownership, and clear communication matter.

You’ll work directly with the founding team, contribute ideas, and help shape how we reach customers. We’re looking for someone excited to build something and take ownership of the results.

If this sounds like you, come on board. Let’s make some magic happen together.

To apply: Send your résumé and a short introduction explaining your experience and why you’d be a great fit.
