How will you make an impact?

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through phone, email, and online communication, delivering a high standard of service and responsiveness
  • Partner closely with the sales team by conducting market research, identifying and qualifying potential leads, and developing detailed customer profiles
  • Support the end-to-end sales process, including customer communications related to contracts, order processing, shipment tracking, delivery confirmation, invoicing, and payment coordination
  • Handle post-sales inquiries such as returns, exchanges, and customer concerns, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to support smooth order fulfillment and proactively address logistics or execution challenges
  • Develop a strong foundation in the LiDAR and autonomy ecosystem, with a clearly defined growth path into an outside, quota-carrying sales role within 6–12 months
  • Act as a customer-facing representative who is professional, personable, and motivated to build long-term client relationships

What qualifications and skills will make you succeed in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, electronics, software, optics, mechanical engineering, or a related field
  • Prior experience in sales operations, sales support, or project coordination - especially in a customer-facing role - is a plus
  • Comfortable using common business tools such as Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and lead generation platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to stay organized and perform well in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to work flexibly and support customers and internal teams across multiple time zones
  • Comfortable learning and communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholder
  • Travel approximately 25% of the time for customer meetings, industry conferences, and trade show

Where is this role located?
This is an onsite position in Sunnyvale, CA. Candidates should be based in Sunnyvale or other nearby cities in California and able to travel up to 25% of the time.
