Design & Facilitate Upskilling Programs: Create and deliver "200-level" training sessions, workshops, and coaching focused on consultative selling and product knowledge for Acquisition teams.
System & Tool Training: Own the end-to-end training and adoption of the sales tech stack, including Salesforce (SFDC), Dialpad, Groove, and WhatsApp Business.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to identify skill gaps and align training initiatives with broader business goals and product launches.
Mandatory Requirements
Bilingual Fluency: Complete professional fluency in both English and (native) Spanish is required to support the LATAM region.
Relevant Experience: At least 5+ years in Sales Training, Enablement, or L&D specifically supporting sales organizations (ideally Acquisition teams).
Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Salesforce (SFDC) and the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is essential for content creation and data management.
