Our mission is to automate coding. The first step in our journey is to build the best tool for professional programmers, using a combination of inventive research, design, and engineering. Our organization is very flat, and our team is small and talent dense. We particularly like people who are truth-seeking, passionate, and creative. We enjoy spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.

About the role

Cursor is hiring a Senior Campaigns Manager to join our integrated campaigns team and help shape how Cursor shows up to enterprise audiences.

You will own high-priority campaigns that turn broad company priorities into focused, executable programs, working seamlessly across product marketing, sales, customer marketing, field, and leadership. The campaign strategies and programs you develop will shape our narrative in the market, create demand, generate & accelerate pipeline, and support customer growth.

This is a high-agency role for someone who can move fluidly between strategy and execution. You should be equally comfortable identifying the right audience, building the campaign brief, shaping the message, coordinating cross-functional partners, launching programs across channels, and measuring what is actually working. Equal parts creative and analytical, you will think outside the box to propose original ideas and inventive audience engagement strategies, while bringing a data-driven mindset and the operational rigor required for high-impact execution.

What you’ll do
  • Concept, develop, and run integrated campaigns end to end.

    • Lead the strategy and audience selection through launch, optimization, and reporting.

    • Design the end-to-end campaign architecture, including the full-funnel content engine, channel strategies, promotional offers, program mix, and hand-offs from marketing to sales.

    • Translate company priorities into focused campaign plans with clear goals, messaging, milestones, owners, and success metrics.

    • Identify the highest-leverage assets needed to support campaign performance, including messaging frameworks, email nurtures, landing page copy, field activation ideas, customer story packaging, and sales-facing materials.

    • Bring multi-channel expertise to deliver campaigns via digital, web, email, online events, direct mail, social, events, sales plays, and more, all in partnership with functional and regional teams.

  • Strengthen cross-functional alignment, unifying all parts of the business around top go-to-market priorities.

    • Develop trusted relationships and facilitate integrated collaboration across product marketing, field marketing, performance marketing, growth marketing, strategic events, and design.

    • Work with creative partners to brief campaigns clearly and carry the message through across formats, channels, and moments in market.

    • Align closely with sales stakeholders to identify top priorities, build programs for strategic accounts, and ensure campaign initiatives are closely tied to revenue impact.

  • Establish measurement frameworks, KPIs, and scaleable processes.

    • Own campaign performance by measuring, analyzing, and reporting on the impact of campaign on pipeline, revenue, target account penetration, and the demand funnel. Share learnings regularly to improve overall campaign efficacy.

    • Work closely with operations and analytics partners to define the right KPIs, shape useful dashboards and reporting, and surface actionable account or campaign insights to the business.

    • Help establish repeatable campaign systems, workflows, and handoffs that let the function scale without becoming fragmented

  • Adapt campaigns for Cursor’s most strategic accounts and business priorities.

    • Build campaigns for enterprise and strategic audiences, including vertical, segment, buying-group, or use-case-specific motions. Translate vertical-specific messaging and proof points into campaign activations that make Cursor feel relevant to the priorities of different enterprise audiences.

    • Build 1:few ABM motions & ABM-at-scale programs for priority accounts or segments, in partnership with sales and field teams.

You may be a fit if
  • You’ve built integrated B2B campaigns across multiple channels and know how to connect content, email, digital, field, and sales motions into cohesive, high-impact motions.

  • You know how to turn a campaign idea into a real operating plan — from narrative and audience strategy through asset development, launch, field enablement, lead follow-up, and reporting.

  • You can take complex, ambiguous problems and bring structure, clarity, and a clear recommendation.

  • You’re comfortable being both strategic and hands-on — you can set direction, write a brief, shape the content, and help get the work shipped.

  • You have strong instincts for what makes a campaign cohesive across content, creative, distribution, and follow-up.

  • You’re comfortable working across both global strategy and regional execution, and can adapt campaigns thoughtfully for different markets without losing the core narrative.

  • You have strong instincts for what makes enterprise campaigns resonate with senior technical and business buyers.

  • You thrive in creative, fast-paced environments where original thinking and bias to action are celebrated.

  • You can shift between air cover demand generation and more targeted programs for strategic accounts, named accounts, and priority verticals.

  • You balance thoughtful dedication to quality with a clear focus on impact and ability to execute with sharp, decisive speed.

Experience that helps
  • You have 10+ years of experience owning integrated campaign strategy and execution for a B2B SaaS or enterprise technology company.

  • You have extensive familiarity with lead-routing & handoff. You’re able to diagnose funnel health and quickly course correct in tight alignment with your SDR counterparts.

  • You have a proven track record of building campaigns for enterprise audiences, including technical decision-makers, executives, and complex buying groups.

  • You have owned pipeline goals in the past, and have experience using pipeline, engagement, and revenue signals to optimize campaign performance. You iterate continuously, quickly adapting to new signals, business priorities, and shifts in the market.

  • You have experience running ABM / strategic-account programs that support multithreading, expansion, or deal acceleration.

  • You bring a sharp understanding of the AI market and technical buyer personas (CTOs, CIOs, Senior Engineering leaders) to develop campaign activation plans.
