About the role

Hinge Health is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive member signups by raising awareness and building trust across Hinge Health's eligible member population.

In this role, you'll work at the intersection of strategy and execution — developing and overseeing evergreen and thematic campaigns, coordinating across product, creative, and channel teams, and helping Hinge Health show up consistently and meaningfully for members when they need us.

This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and creative collaborator who knows how to effectively reach diverse audiences across multiple channels. You'll translate audience insights and business goals into integrated campaign strategies — meeting members where they are, speaking to what matters to them, and nurturing trust that turns awareness into action.

You'll directly oversee execution of several core channels including content, organic social, and awareness media, working with agency partners and internal resources, while expanding into new channels and building synergies that amplify results over time. Beyond direct channel ownership, you'll also work closely with channel leads across Growth to identify points of synergy and work to leverage them in pursuit of shared goals in a way that maximizes their collective impact.

What You'll Accomplish
  • Lead integrated campaign strategy: Develop and execute multi-channel campaign plans across content, organic social, and paid awareness media that align with business goals and span paid, owned, and earned channels.

  • Own end-to-end campaign management: Drive campaigns from brief and concept development through stakeholder alignment, execution, launch, and post-campaign analysis.

  • Direct agency partners and internal resources: Serve as the day-to-day lead for agency partners and internal contributors — setting clear direction, maintaining a high bar for output, and ensuring teams have what they need to execute effectively.

  • Drive creative excellence: Partner with internal creative teams and agency partners to cultivate an environment where creative risk-taking leads to resonant, high-impact work — providing sharp, actionable feedback that keeps programs on strategy.

  • Build awareness and trust across diverse audiences: Develop and evangelize a strong point of view on how strategic messaging can engage, generate demand, and drive action among Hinge Health's eligible member population.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, GTM, and Comms teams to maximize campaign impact and ensure consistent messaging across every touchpoint.

  • Expand channel presence: Identify opportunities to enter new channels and build synergies with existing ones — working closely with channel owners across the broader marketing organization to align on shared goals and make every channel more effective.

Basic Qualifications
  • 4+ years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role, ideally with time spent managing and directing execution by internal and external resources under defined strategies.

  • Proven campaign management success across a range of channels — ideally spanning a combination of digital, social, content, email, paid media, and awareness — with strong command of the full customer journey from awareness through conversion.

  • Strong communicator and collaborator who can influence across functions and adapt messaging for different audiences and cultural contexts.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Healthcare or mission-driven experience is a plus; genuine passion for making quality care accessible is a must.

  • Comfort with ambiguity and pace — you can pivot strategies as market dynamics shift without losing momentum or quality.

  • Fluency and/or strong familiarity across traditional and digital channels, including TV, OOH, social, content, and performance marketing.
