About Us

Higharc is a VC-backed startup that is changing how new homes are designed and built. Join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple. We have raised over $175M with support from top-notch venture capital firms and more than 18 strategic investors—industry leaders in construction, building products manufacturing, and distribution.

Higharc is seeking an accomplished Integrations Consultant to lead our customers through adoption of our platform's integration and data capabilities. You'll work closely with builders' teams to understand how data actually moves through their business — from their ERP to the field — and translate that into a working integration inside Higharc.

What You'll Do

This isn't a role for someone who wants a script to follow. You're the person who can sit with a customer's data, understand their ERP setup, and see the shape of the whole problem before it's even been fully explained.

You'll partner closely with Product on what's possible, document the process clearly enough that it holds up over time, and test the data flow yourself until you're confident it's right.

Expect to:

  • Run structured discovery with customers to understand their business, their ERP, and how data flows across their systems today

  • Translate that understanding into a working integration plan inside the Higharc platform

  • Own the customer relationship through the full integration adoption process, including recurring meetings and updates

  • Analyze customer data directly, spotting mismatches, gaps, or structural issues before they become problems

  • Document your process clearly enough that it's repeatable and stands on its own

  • Test data flow end-to-end and confirm accuracy before handing off to the customer

  • Work closely with Product to shape what our integration tools can and should do next

  • Build full command of Higharc's integration offerings so you can lead these discussions independently

About You

You think in systems and data flow, and you're the kind of person who can hold a customer's entire ERP-to-Higharc data picture in your head before the first meeting is even over. You're a natural problem solver who doesn't wait for the full picture to be handed to you: you build it. You're comfortable being the technical translator between a customer's operations team and Higharc's product.

You have:

  • A solid understanding of homebuilder data structures and ERP systems

  • Strong data analytics skills — you can look at a dataset and know what's wrong with it

  • Project management instincts strong enough to keep a multi-step integration process on track

  • Excellent documentation habits — you write things down so they hold up without you in the room

  • A multitasker's ability to manage several customer integrations at different stages simultaneously

  • Genuine comfort with ambiguity — you can see where a problem is headed before all the pieces are on the table

  • Travel up to 20% for customer on-sites and company retreats
