POSITION DESCRIPTION

Sayari is seeking an Intelligence Program Manager to serve as the strategic lead for our largest and most complex intelligence contract ($5M+). This is a high-impact, individual contributor role based in the Washington, D.C. area, requiring a 50/50 split between on-site mission support in Virginia and off-site strategic planning. You will be the "strategic quarterback," responsible for contract implementation, stakeholder mapping, and ensuring our Data and agentic AI technology is indispensable to the mission.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contract Ownership: Own the day-to-day execution and long-term success of Sayari’s largest intelligence contract, ensuring all contractual milestones are achieved on time.
  • Implementation Lead: Drive the deployment of Sayari’s new AI-capable solutions and data integrations into core investigative workflows.
  • Mission Evangelism: Conduct high-intensity training and demonstrations for GS-14/15/SES leadership, focusing on mission outcomes rather than just technical features.
  • Stakeholder Management: Navigate complex political environments to build deep credibility with mission owners and identify expansion (Upsell/Cross-sell) opportunities.
  • Feedback Loop: Document "ground truth" mission successes and requirements to provide Sayari Product and Engineering teams with actionable insights.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Required: 10–15 years of experience within the Intelligence Community (CIA preferred)
  • Required: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph and the ability to be badged for on-site work.
  • Required: Proven track record of managing large-scale government programs ($5M+) with a focus on implementation and delivery.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with state-of-the-art agentic AI systems and graph analytics.
  • Preferred: Experience in a high-growth "defense tech" or software company.

The target base salary for this position is $170,000-$190,000 plus commission and equity. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, candidate experience and expertise, internal peer equity, and may vary from the amounts listed above.

Benefits:
  • 100% fully paid medical, vision, and dental for employees and their dependents
  • Generous time off; we observe all US federal holidays, close our office for a winter break (12/24-12/31), in addition to granting 18 PTO days and 10 sick days
  • Outstanding compensation package; competitive commissions for revenue roles and bonuses for non-revenue positions
  • A strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Eligibility to participate in additional benefits such as 401k match up to 5%, 100% paid life insurance (up to $100,000 coverage),, and parental leave
  • A collaborative and positive culture - your team will be as smart and driven as you
  • Limitless growth and learning opportunities

Sayari is an equal opportunity employer and strongly encourages diverse candidates to apply. We believe diversity and inclusion mean our team members should reflect the diversity of the United States. No employee or applicant will face discrimination or harassment based on race, color, ethnicity, religion, age, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability status, veteran status, genetics, or political affiliation.
