About Hightouch
Hightouch’s mission is to empower everyone to take action on their data. Through our Reverse ETL platform, business and data users can seamlessly sync data from where it resides, such as warehouses and databases, to where it is needed, including operational systems and SaaS tools. Traditionally, acting on data has required engineering time and bandwidth, and left most business users stuck with charts and reports that are unable to take automated action on their data. With Hightouch, every business user, without writing any code, can activate data to streamline critical processes, improve marketing performance, and scale operations.
Our team operates with a focus on making a meaningful impact for our customers. We believe in approaching challenges with a first-principles thinking mindset, moving quickly with efficient execution, and treating each other with compassion and kindness. We look for team members who are strong communicators, have a growth mindset, and are motivated and persistent in achieving our goals.
Hundreds of companies use Hightouch, including Spotify, Ramp, Retool, NBA, Plaid, and Betterment. We’re based in San Francisco, are remote-friendly, and backed by leading investors such as Amplify Partners, ICONIQ Growth, Bain Capital Ventures, Y-Combinator, and Afore Capital.
The Role
Hightouch is seeking an interactive brand designer with experience specializing in web design to help bring our product ideas to life through engaging digital experiences. You’ll play a key role in crafting visually compelling web pages, interactive elements, and digital assets that tell our brand story.
As part of a small and nimble brand design team, you’ll also have the opportunity to work across all facets of the brand, including product illustrations, social content, events, and sales materials. You’ll work closely with our marketing, product design, and engineering teams to craft a distinctive and memorable brand that sets us apart in the market and drives the company’s success.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup, where your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of the marketing team and shape the company culture. Your work will help deliver a high-quality brand experience that leaves a lasting impression on our audience.

What you’ll do

Design and develop responsive web experiences while maintaining brand consistency, user experience, and accessibility standards.
Build and maintain a component-based design system to streamline content updates.
Develop rapid prototypes to communicate design concepts and iterating quickly based on feedback.
Translate technical concepts into visually compelling narratives and assets across multiple touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand story across all platforms.
Ability to take ownership of a variety of projects, ranging from web pages to digital ad campaigns.
Stay at the forefront of web design trends, continuously bringing fresh, creative ideas to elevate our brand.

What we’re looking for
Experience: 4+ years as a web or interactive designer at a studio or in-house setting. Bonus points if you’ve worked on B2B data products.
Craft: A strong grasp of layout, color theory, and typography, with the ability to apply these principles across a variety of assets.
Team player: You exhibit kindness and humility. Seeking to understand your teammates and assuming good intentions.
Communication: You have good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate your creative decisions clearly.
Curious mindset: You’re eager to learn and understand technical concepts to ensure your design decisions are well-informed.
Growth mindset: You’re constantly seeking opportunities to improve your craft and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Tools: You’re proficient with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
