Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join the team as an Intern ‐ Industrial Engineering.
Responsibilities 
 

  •  Assist in preparing SMV calculations and supporting costing activities for new styles.
  • Support line setup and style changeover activities by collecting and analyzing production data.
  • Assist in conducting time studies, work studies, and productivity analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Help monitor production line performance and support line balancing activities to improve efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing Yamazumi charts, reports, and other Industrial Engineering documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and productivity enhancement projects.
  • Collect and maintain operational data related to production, capacity utilization, and workforce performance.
  • Assist in operator skill development activities, training coordination, and skill assessment processes.
  • Collaborate with Production, Planning, Development, Quality, and Technical teams to support operational requirements.
  • Support compliance with company policies, 5S practices, health and safety standards, and workplace procedures.
  • Participate in environmental and sustainability initiatives focused on waste reduction and resource efficiency.


Qualifications

  • Undergraduate pursuing a Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Basic understanding of Industrial Engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment with a willingness to learn and adapt.
